This fountain set, found just outside the Tokyo Imperial Palace grounds, sometimes had water flowing out from the top, or as in this case shooting up as a fine mist from below. Apart from the rainbow, the brilliant yellow trees, along with the deep green and red, set against the deep blue sky further accentuate the rainbow of colors in this scene.
