Shooting lightning is both exciting and dangerous. Fortunately this storm was still dozens of miles from our campground inside Canyonlands National Park. Besides watching the bats catch their nightly fill of bugs attracted to our camp light, we were also treated to a spectacular light show far off in the distance.
