Shipping:
Products are packaged in a protective box to prevent damage to the prints in transit. All products are shipped insured via UPS or US Postal Service and may require signature release. Shipping costs are calculated on actual shipping costs, not overinflated prices.
Cancellation:Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to the product being shipped. You will be notified via phone or email when your product ships. If you wish to cancel the order after shipment, you will need to follow our Returns Policy below.
Prints typically ship within 5-10 business days of order. Large Panoramas and custom print size request will take longer. We will notify you of the expected date of shipment of these special print sizes.
Returns:We strive to have complete customer satisfaction. All products come with a money back guarantee. If at any time within the first 30 days of possession the customer is not happy, he or she can return it for a full refund of the purchase price, minus return shipping costs. The product must be returned undamaged and in it’s original condition.
Credits are issued to the original credit card. No cash, checks or money orders are available for returns.
